Annual Workshop on fermenting cabbage
Be sure never to miss our annual workshop on making kimchi and sourkraut. Meadow Farm harvests hundreds of pounds of cabbage each year for donation the Fort Bragg Food Bank. What remains left is converted to long lasting bottled fermented treats (healthy Kimchi and Sourkraut).

Quinoa Workshop
Quinoa Planting Workshop A Quinoa Planting Workshop, led by Sydney Grange, was conducted at Meadow Farm Community Land Trust. The workshop consisted of three meetings, planting the seeds, transplanting the quinoa starts into the ground, and a final harvest celebration, which included learning how to thresh and winnow the dried quinoa. A Bee Colony for the Farm
